DealerGain provides dealership inventory, customer relationship management, website, finance-application, and communications software. This policy explains how DealerGain handles information when dealerships, dealership personnel, and consumers use DealerGain services.

Information we collect

We may collect account and business information, contact details, vehicle and dealership information, customer inquiries, communications preferences and consent records, appointment and sales activity, device and usage information, and information submitted in a finance application. Finance applications may contain highly sensitive information such as Social Security numbers, employment, income, housing, and identity information.

How information is used

We use information to provide, secure, support, and improve DealerGain; authenticate users; route inquiries to the applicable dealership; manage inventory and customer relationships; process requested communications; prevent fraud and abuse; comply with law; and respond to support or legal requests.

Mobile information and messaging consent

We do not sell or share mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. We may disclose information to service providers that help deliver messages solely to provide services on our behalf, or when disclosure is required by law. Text-message frequency varies based on customer requests and dealership activity. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchasing goods or services. DealerGain demo/support requests

When you use DealerGain’s own demo/support form, we store your name, phone number, request, and the text-permission choice, disclosure version, and timestamp. These requests are handled by DealerGain, not shared with participating dealerships for outreach. Our optional texts concern your requested software demo, scheduling, reminders, and support. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. We do not sell or share this program’s mobile information or consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Dealerships and service providers

DealerGain processes consumer information for the dealership to which a consumer submits an inquiry or application. That dealership may have its own privacy notice and legal obligations. We use carefully selected service providers for infrastructure, email, messaging, security, storage, analytics, payment processing, and electronic signatures. They may process information only for contracted services and subject to applicable safeguards.

Finance applications

Finance-application information is restricted to authorized dealership personnel and service operations with a legitimate need. A dealership may share an application with prospective financing sources, credit bureaus, identity-verification providers, or other parties as authorized by the applicant and permitted by law. DealerGain does not make credit decisions.

Security and retention

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed for the sensitivity of the information, including access controls and protection for sensitive finance data. No system is completely secure. We retain information for operational, contractual, security, and legal needs and delete or de-identify it when reasonably appropriate.

Your choices

You may decline optional marketing communications, use unsubscribe instructions in email, and reply STOP to text messages. You may contact the dealership that collected your information or contact DealerGain to request access, correction, or deletion where applicable. Legal exceptions may apply.
